Who operates White Room
White Room is operated by delovadyincorporation, an independent solo developer based in the United States. You can contact us at vadimzno21@gmail.com. These terms describe the conditions for using White Room alongside the rights that applicable law gives you.
The service
White Room is a browser-based photo editor. The current release is an alpha, provided without a charge or subscription. The tools, supported file formats and device limits are described on our Features and Help pages. We may fix, update or discontinue parts of the service.
Your photographs and edits
You keep your rights in the photographs and other material you use with White Room, and you are responsible for having permission to use that material. We do not claim ownership of your photographs or edited images. Using the editor does not give us a licence to publish your photographs or to use them to train AI models.
The editor processes photographs on your device. It does not upload them to our servers as part of editing. If you choose to email an image to us, that separate disclosure is handled as the Privacy Policy describes.
Local storage and backups
Photographs and edits are stored by your browser. Clearing site data, private browsing, storage pressure, changing devices or a change of the site's address can make local data unavailable. Keep your original files and back up your edits. An edits backup does not contain the original photographs. The backup guide describes the backup of this release.
Acceptable use
Do not use White Room to break the law or another person's rights, to distribute malicious files, or to deliberately disrupt the service or its infrastructure. You remain responsible for how you use or share exported images.
Our materials and third-party components
Our original site content and software are protected to the extent provided by applicable law. Third-party components remain subject to their own licences, listed on the Licenses page. Nothing in these terms limits permissions granted by those licences or claims rights in your photographs.
Availability and responsibility
Alpha software can contain errors, may not be available all the time and may not work with every file or device. We do not promise results identical to another photo editor. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Advertising on the website
Advertising is not currently shown on our website or in the editor.
Changes and questions
The effective date identifies the current version of these terms. We will make updated terms available here and give additional notice where required. Contact vadimzno21@gmail.com with questions.
